Our story
When we started our flower farm Full of Posies, I had no idea it would lead to a love affair with dahlias.
It all started when I was reading an article from Keith Hammet about dahlia breeding so that season, I collected a handful of seeds and tried my luck. From those seeds I grew a passion for dahlia breeding.
We are so excited to be able to share our journey and next season our tubers.
Picked with care
We grow 1200 seedlings a year and are ruthless with what we choose to carry over. Taking only the top five and trialing them for three years to test, form, color, bloom time, vase life and tuber storage to ensure only the best leave our gates.
